How do I book an appointment for a treatment?
Please Book with us via the website, via the Book Online Tab at the top of the page; alternatively you can contact us via email or mobile number provided in the Contact Form.
Do you test your products on Animals?
We do not test and products used for any treatments on Animals. All our products are cruelty free and vegan friendly.
Do I need to pay a deposit for my treatment?
Yes, depending on which treatment you will need to pay a small deposit to secure your booking.
Do you give refunds or reschedule where appropriate?
We do not provide refund for deposits as this accounted for booking slot allocation and admin fees, we are happy to reschedule your appointment where necessary.
Do you accept card payments and cash?
Yes we accept both Card Payments and Cash in person! You can also pay via PayPal (this is an option in your Payments Options).
Note: We do not accept American Express (AMEX) Cards.
